MANAGING PARTNER
Mr. Mwebesa is a Founding Partner in this Firm and, as the Firm’s Director of Litigation, he is in charge of the entire Firm’s litigation.
Mr. Mwebesa received his LL.B. with honours from the prestigious Uganda Christian University in 2005 and received his Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre in 2006. His distinguished career in practice commenced with M/s Bakiza & Co. Advocates in 2006 then later with M/s Karuhanga, Tabaro & Associates (2010 – 2011) where after he formed M/s A. Mwebesa & Co. Advocates.
Mr. Mwebesa also lectured Business Law, Company Law, Administrative Law and Processes and other aspects of the law at the prestigious Uganda Christian University in the Faculties of Business and Administration, Social Sciences and Law from 2009 to 2015.
Mr. Mwebesa has been involved in the practice of Law for over Seven years primarily as a litigator and has been a significant force to contend with at the Bar in Uganda. His primary areas of expertise lie in the areas of;
