Mr. Kamugisha is a Founding Partner in this Firm and, as the Firm’s Director of Commercial Transactions, he is in charge of the entire Firm’s commercial and other related transactions.
Mr. Kamugisha received his LL.B. with honours from the prestigious Uganda Christian University in 2007 and received his Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre in 2010 His distinguished career in practice commenced with M/s Turyakira & Co. Advocates in 2008 where after he formed M/s A. Mwebesa & Co. Advocates.
Mr. Kamugisha specializes in matters relating to Securities, Corporate Transactions, Banking, International Business Law, and Structuring of Venture Capital Transactions, Commercial and Civil Litigation. He handles a lot of work for our Clients from the United States of America and Europe generally and he is now a fully-fledged international Lawyer. He has been engaged in a lot of work with many of the major multinational companies that are doing business in Uganda and his experience and expertise in these areas is an invaluable contribution to the firm.
